MINI-SYMPOSIUM ON GRAVITATIONAL WAVES WITH NOBEL LAUREATE PROF. RAINER WEISS

The Finnish Physical Society and Department of Physics, University of Helsinki will organize a Mini Symposium on Gravitational Waves on Thursday 31st of May 10:00 – 13:00 at Kumpula Campus (Exactum A111). The speakers of the symposium are Prof. Rainer Weiss (Nobel Prize in Physics, 2017), Prof. Mark Hindmarsh University of Sussex/University of Helsinki, Prof. Norbert Langer, University of Bonn, and Prof. Stephen Smartt, Queen’s University of Belfast.
