TANDEM INDUSTRY ACADEMIA (TIA) POSTDOC 2026
The Finnish Research Impact Foundation’s mission is to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry and in this way to increase the impact of research.
- There are no specific research themes for the call, but the Foundation is keen to support new innovative approaches, multidisciplinary cooperation and new consortia between academic and industrial partners that can produce high-impact outcomes for business and industry and for the economy as a whole.
- The application shall clearly demonstrate the benefits and impacts of collaboration for both parties and for society and the economy more widely.

Inter-Country Travel Grant
Invite U.S. Fulbright scholars, teachers, professionals and advanced PhD students to Finland. Fulbrighters need to be on their Fulbright grant period during the Inter-Country visit (a maximum of 1-week visit).
Please note that the application needs to be sent to the Fulbright Finland Foundation six weeks before the planned visit.

PoDoCo helps Finnish companies to improve their competitiveness in the global markets and employ young PhD’s in the private sector.
PoDoCo spring application round is open from March 1 to April 15, 2026.
Otto A. Malm Foundation
The Foundation supports higher education, popular education, institutions for public welfare, and research by awarding grants to individuals, working groups, or organizations. Foreign citizens are also eligible.
In even-numbered years (e.g. 2026, 2028, 2030 etc.) the stipends are granted for scientific research.
